Demand Letter
How to authorise DOGAR to recruit on your behalf.
International employers initiate recruitment by issuing a formal demand letter, specifying the number of workers, trades, salary structure and contract terms. This document is the foundation of our compliance pipeline.
Issued on employer's letterhead, attested by chamber/authorities
Specifies trade(s), quantity, salary, benefits and contract length
Authorises DOGAR Trading Corporation as the recruitment partner
Submitted alongside Power of Attorney where required

All documents must be attested by the relevant Chamber of Commerce and the respective embassy/consulate of the host country, in line with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment requirements.

Free bachelor accommodation — electricity, water, gas & bedding
Messing / Food
Free food or 25% of basic in lieu (excl. UAE & Bahrain)
Medical Facilities
Free medical care — provided by employer
Transportation
Free transport — residence to work place
Air Passage
Economy class air ticket (joining + return on completion)
Vacation & Sick Leave
As per labour law of host country

Note on Dead-Body Repatriation & Insurance: In the unfortunate event of a deployed worker's death or serious injury, dispatch of the body or medical evacuation to Pakistan will be made at the employer's expense. All workers are covered by social security and insurance per the host-country labour laws, at the employer's cost.
