Demand letter and authorisation received from the international employer with quantities, trades and salary structure.
Permission from Protector
Application filed to the Protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan, for legal recruitment authorisation.
Database Search & Advertising
Internal database is searched first; vacancies are then advertised in widely circulated daily newspapers for fresh sourcing.
Short-listing of Applications
Each application is filtered against the employer’s technical, experience and language requirements.
Interview by Experts
In-house technical and HR panels conduct first-round interviews to validate skills, attitude and discipline.
Practical / Trade Test
Hands-on trade tests are conducted in our facilities or partner workshops for skilled categories that demand workmanship verification.
Final Interview by Employer
Authorised representatives of the employer make the final selection — in person or via secure video panels.
Complete Medical Examination
Strict pre-deployment medical including physical examination, chest X-ray and country-specific clearances (e.g. GAMCA).
Visa Endorsement
Visas are stamped on the selected candidates’ passports through approved embassy / consular channels.
Protectorate Registration
Passports are submitted for emigration clearance with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment.
Pre-Departure Briefing
Each departing worker is briefed on contract terms, employer expectations, destination culture and conduct standards.
Reservation & Departure
Air-ticketing is arranged with leading airlines and the deployed workforce is escorted through final airport departure.

We coordinate the visa stamping process end-to-end — passports submitted, processed and returned ready for departure.
