Typical end-to-end timelines range from 4 to 12 weeks depending on category, visa-issuing country and volume. Pre-screened categories (e.g. drivers, masons, security) can mobilise in 4–6 weeks. Specialised categories (e.g. healthcare specialists) typically require 8–12 weeks for full documentation and embassy attestation.
Yes. DOGAR operates under O.E.P License No. 1338/SKT, authorised by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, Government of Pakistan. All deployments pass through the official Protectorate of Emigrants pipeline.
We actively serve Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (including Dubai), Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Selected international placements outside the Gulf are handled on a case-by-case basis.

A formal demand letter on company letterhead, a Power of Attorney attested by the relevant embassy, a job offer / employment contract for each role and a Visa Authority Letter once visas are processed. We provide standard templates for all required documents.
Yes. Trade testing is conducted at our partner trade-testing centres for welding, electrical, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, heavy-equipment operation and other technical disciplines. Test results are documented and shared with the employer before shortlisting.
DOGAR operates strictly within government-regulated fee structures defined by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment. Employer-paid recruitment is preferred wherever feasible. Candidates are never asked for unofficial or off-the-record payments.
Yes. Every deployed candidate receives a pre-departure briefing covering employment terms, destination logistics, cultural orientation and emergency contacts. Travel booking, group mobilisation and airport coordination are handled end-to-end.
